Urgent Care near Holly Springs

“This is a very convenient alternative to an ER visit if you have to go. The website should not show open until 8pm if they have a hard stop to seeing patients at 7:30. I was turned away at 7:32 but I probably wouldn't have tried driving over while in pain if it hadn't said 0 wait time & open until 8pm. The man wasn't at all pleasant about it either. He said unless I'm having a heart attack go over to Duke. So I did & the difference was stark. The staff at Duke Urgent Care were more than pleasant & faster than I'd ever been seen at UNC. Most of our other experiences at UNC were decent. I don't recall encountering this gentleman there previously though. To be fair I don't know what website I was looking at - it could have been provided by another service but while looking, what stood out was the wait time & closing time.“

“Had a sinus infection on Saturday morning. But I had to work till 2:30. They took me in at the last minute before they closed on Saturday. Otherwise I would've had to wait till Monday. I really appreciate the generosity of the staff there. Thank you.“

“I did have to wait a lil bit but I didn’t mind. My nurse and doctor were both super sweet especially my nurse she was super gentle with me and made sure I was as comfortable as possible and she was super friendly as well! Love the place and the people it’s all very well done and professional.“

As someone who tends toward getting light-headed and fainting, she was very attentive and present, making sure I felt okay and did not get light-headed at all. “This is a walk in orthopedic clinic that I had not been to before. I went here because I had an obvious broken wrist and two other facilities (Raleigh Orthopedic and Cary Orthopedic) could not work me in. One of these two facilities has serviced our entire family for many years, so you can imagine my disappointment. I had an EXCELLENT experience at Wake and will only go there for any future needs. A walk in orthopedic urgent care is a great concept and shows that Wake truly cares about the patient’s needs. Everyone there was very caring and attentive! I went there, was casted and back home within an hour!“

“I had an appointment today with Dr. Luting Eckensweiler because I was having some pain in my hip area. The receptionist was very helpful in getting me checked in. The nurse I saw first was so efficient and friendly. The moment Luting came in I felt relaxed and knew I was in the right place. She was so friendly. I could tell immediately that she had read my chart because she was able to retrieve all my info without asking me. After she diagnosed my problem. She said since you are visual learner (that was also in my chart) she drew a diagram so I could see what she was talking about with my hip) I was so pleased with my appointment….looking forward to getting back in shape! “I've been there and taken my son there with insurance was pricey. We were given the right antibiotics but if you a good MD then you won't have to pay at all more then likely they coded it wrong across the board. So if you need fast care go to your doctor and make sure they are doing their job efficiently and correctly. Not a hard job just keep people on the right prescriptions especially if they are trying to help you out!“

“We did not even realize this urgent care was near to our house.. we went in the evening on Saturday evening around 5:30 pm..We did not wait much and was seen immediately.. the provide was very nice and polite.. and provided the correct treatment.. it took some time for the treatment but all was good at the end..The place is big when compared to other urgent cares I have seen.. the front desk people were also really nice and helpful..Before we got treatment i asked to to run my insurance to see they were in network and luckily they were..Overall we have a good experience…“
