I have been to Rituals many times over the years & it seems to have gone down hill since my last visit a few years ago. Rituals Spa offered a pleasant experience with friendly and attentive staff who gathered details about my skin and routine prior to the facial to ensure no negative interactions. The facial provided a relaxing environment, leaving my skin glowing. While the therapist was sweet, the outdated facility was underwhelming, needing some major attention. I wished for more explanation on products used during my facial, as no information was shared & would have liked if the therapist ensured no irritation or discomfort during the facial due to products.... read full review
This place is great, especially the prices! They do need to upgrade the ?♀️ massage tables they are wobbly... kinda feels like the one I was on would fall. The prices are awesome , they need more options with the massage therapist.
First timer here! Thankful to get a good, affordable prenatal massage available, about 3mins drive from my house. (Am already at 38weeks so this was a long overdue session)Stephanie was incredible both as a person & professional. She asked if this was for inducing labor or just to relax & I made it clear for relaxation only. I come to find that she was expecting herself & to find out we were the same age too was cool! She didn't compromise on the pressure ( I like mine medium-hard) & made sure I was comfortable. Also added on peppermint aromatherapy oil at my request without any fuss.
