Installer Frank was very knowledgeable, professional and explained every detail of the equipment and every aspect of code requirements for the installation.As important he was a really great guy and a pleasure to talk with.If you want a better than competitive price, outstanding service you're looking at the right company.

The secretary that answers the phone is very rude. I discovered that the central office does not cooperate very well with other firms. Avoid being "referred" this company if you have a choice in who to do business with.

I called to report a badly clogged toilet. When the technician arrived, he actually lectured me about the "correct" way to use and flush the toilet (!!) Like everyone else in this country, I have been flushing toilets all my life, I'm not doing it incorrectly, and all I wanted was for him to FIX THE PROBLEM! I did not appreciate the editorial comments, which he seemed to think were funny. Will not use this company again. There are better options!
