Great service best I've found and do recommend. However, my 1 complaint is that the technician could use better manners when in someone's house and try not to insult both homeowners trying to be cute and funny.

Our neighbors recommended so we called. It was after hours and the voice recording said we could press a number to leave a message for the on call technician. They never called. We had to scramble for another solution the next day.

Gentry had installed my AC units when the houses was built in 1997 and serviced them ever since. When the units started failing in August 2021 they replaced them on short notice. The price was extremely competitive, the work was done very well and the new units are performing fine - great job and highly recommended!Service: Install AC
