Bain finished installing a heating and air package unit for our house today. I bought my house 8 years ago. The ac has always run constantly in the summer, mostly without getting the house to the temperature set on the thermostat. It died a week ago yesterday, and when I called after hours, a tech was on site in less than an hour. I wasn't happy with the price, but I got three estimates, Bain was inline with the others, and they gave me more detail about issues with climate controlling my specific residence than anyone else. On Christmas day, a young man named Steven fixed my 82 year old father's heater. It quit working and I know they were over whelmed with calls. Thank you for taking care of my father. You don't know how much this means to me and my father. He was very grateful and he said from now on, he will only use Bain.

I have had multiple wonderful experiences this summer with Bain. They are always available very quickly (if not immediately), accomplish the work rapidly and with good results, and at prices that seem very fair. Would not go anywhere else for my heating & cooling needs.
