Heather - our sales rep came in the store to check on us today and was so helpful. She answered many questions. We needed help with various situations. She was very persistent in getting the answers for us. Thank you Heather! Debbie
Appointment only in their sales center. It's frustrating. I've made two appointments and both times, one of the service people had to stop what they were doing and come into the sales department to help me. This is a far cry from Dal-Tile in Dallas or Houston. Their service department is not accustomed to high volume activity, so plan on an extended visit. During COVID, they have not been extremely busy which makes that part of the experience a bit more tolerable. Best bet is to order on-line and pick up there.
I've been conducting buisness with daltile in fletcher NC for many years now and I've always appreciated the professionalism of the staff. They have always been very dependable and helpful both with my orders or helping any of my clients that have visited their store looking to pick out tile. Great selection with speedy deliveries have always made every visit just a good experience.
