Spectrum internet went down for the entire town of Columbus on 8/3/2023 which took down our stores Point of Sale. I needed a file downloaded from the internet to get our Point of Sale back online and Jesse graciously setup a laptop with our hotspot to allow me to download the required file without asking for any compensation for his efforts. Thank you so so much Jesse for your help in our time of need!

These guys fixed my laptop and now it is so fast! Better hard drive and double the memory installed for less than $200. I was about to throw my laptop in the trash because it was so slow. Best decision I could have made!!

Ease.. I needed to add memory. Austin handled the job in a couple of hours; perfect timing for me to do some house chores. His job is to handle simple tasks the not so tech oriented like me don't dare to venture into. Wow, available service!!
