Great team. Courteous and professional. Came in to do a drying from a a pipe burst. Let me know what was going on through out the process. Cleaned up extremely well after they left! If you don't choose this company for you issues you are probably doing yourself a disservice.
Totally PRO and world class on all levels and very friendly as well! I will be using them to the renovation as well.I highly recommend them to anyone that is needing services in Vail Valley.
Look no further for an awesome remediation service. Make sure you call West Mecklenburg Servpro to get the right company as there are many different Servpro's. Alex V. the General Manager is fabulous. I can't speak highly enough about him. He was helpful, informative, honest, prompt and provided a fair quote. Will definitely use again if I have any issues in the future.
