I've been going to Great Clips Old Towne Village for years and Manuela cuts my hair absolutely perfectly every time. Manuela is a pro, highly skilled, and a pleasure to talk to. This is the worst haircut I've ever received. I feel like my kids could have done a better job. When I tried to voice my concerns it's like she copped an attitude and then made the situation even worse. I was there for almost 40 minutes. I should have known better when she drenched my hair with water in order to attempt to cut it.
