I went in to Great Clips at the Town Centre University in Charlotte the day before Easter I got there at 558 and they were closing at 6 It would have been very easy fir them to refuse me since they were closing but the most wonderful woman Gail invited me in to cut my hair She was friendly kind and gave me a great haircut for Easter It's people like Gail that make stores great and she deserves to be recognized. for her amazing customer service Thank you Gail!
