Walked in, Aaron saw me and asked if he could help me. Told him I called earlier in the week and they put a part on hold for me. Had it up at the front desk as promised by phone call. Aaron answered all my questions, was pleasant, kind, and extremely helpful. Very knowledgeable about the part I was inquiring about. Has a friendly and positive attitude. Gave me excellent feedback about how to properly install my part. It was past closing time, 5pm and they did not rush me out the door. Continued to help me with a smile. Good experience for years, with inside sales folks (Damon too). Regret that each time I have picked up parts at the will call window, the wait is long, the staff is unprofessional and curt (once they notice you standing there waiting for service).
OTR Truck drivers... Do not use this building for delivery. Use 2012 Freedom Dr. If you approach with the building on your right (I77 exit 10B, R on Morehead, R on Freedom) you can pull across the roadway and straight back into the dock. That's the fastest way to get the heck out of the roadway. The other way is still blocking 4 lanes but a bad setup. Abide by your appointment time so you'll have the docks to yourself. Great people here. As long as you have good backing skills, you'll love this customer.
