Tried the Lash Lift & Tint service. Not too impressed but definitely saw a difference. If I return, I would appreciate the tech providing the service to be more vocal about the steps as they go through them, especially after I shared it was my first time.
The staff at this location are very friendly and helpful. Tonight they earned all 5 stars by going above and beyond to assist me. I was in a car accident recently and had a really bad back spasm after lying flat on the table for my appointment. I could barely move and was in so much pain and Abby, Alexis, and another staff member (sorry I didn’t catch her name) offered me assistance and were genuinely concerned about my well being. They even text me just now to make sure I got home safely and to check that I was ok. I’m so grateful for the concern and the care these Ladies showed me, and my lashes look AMAZING!! Thanks again to all of you! ?
