After poor luck using another service, Michael at Ace was professional, courteous, thorough, and reasonably priced. Since I was calling from 3 states away, Michael took care of everything from start to finish. It was the peace of mind I needed.
I have been in automotive service for 30+ years as a technician and store operator. I've used ACE towing as long as I can remember. I've used them twice now, very quick and straightforward. The driver was kind enough to let me ride back with him when I asked, and his driving made me feel safer than almost any other time I've ridden as a passenger. The same man helped both times, I believe his name was Chris.
