I went to Jeff repairs, Wireless and computers in Chapel Hill because I called them and they gave me a really good price over the phone. The very first time I called I am so happy that I got my iPhone 11 fixed the man that was working there his name was Chris. He was amazing. His customer service skills are great and I would go here again and again thank you so much I give y’all five stars. Thanks again to Chris and this is a wonderful store. They also have phone cases at very good prices I am so happy that Jeff repairs, wireless and computers is an open and running business in Chapel Hill. I needed a front screen replacement and called in to see prices and how long it would take. A worker named Cris picked up and told me they could get it done within 1-2 hours. Within 45 minutes it was replaced!!! Such great customer service!! Thank you Jeff’s repair!!
After a short hike in damp weather, my iPhone screen started flickering, then ate it completely.
I searched for the closest place to me, and found Jeff’s Repairs.
An employee named Chris helped me.
He listened to the problem, explained what he felt the issue was, quoted me a price, and how long it would take.
In less than an hour, without appointment, he had it ready for me at a price significantly less than other similar places I checked out in the area.
