The gentleman who was the customer contact for the business, handled our call well- professional, courteous and careful with details. It was clear he was not just answering the phone, or pressure selling. We got a technician to come out an apprise our heater THAT DAY on one of the first cold days of the year (certainly a peak time for service calls). The technician was knowledgeable and advised us we needed to replace two parts. There was no "emergency fee" added. It took another three days to get the part in and I had to follow up, but they worked our service call in late on Friday afternoon. While my repair was not cheap, it was a reasonable cost.
