Cone Health Urgent Care at Burlington

This was a wonderful experience. All of the staff were professional and kind. I needed an x-ray and had to wear one of those delightful paper robes, which don't cover up everything, and yet I was treated respectfully and didn't feel shy at all. I was in and out very quickly. This will definitely be my new go-to urgent care!

I was so pleased with Cone Health Urgent Care at Burlington!Everyone was so pleasant and truly cared about my condition.The wait was not long and I received excellent care because they listened to the patient and acted accordingly. I got everything I needed so thank you for genuinely caring.?

Helpful , kind and caring. They let you stay in your car to protect others and yourself from more sicknesses. I really appreciate that, takes away the worry of getting more sick and for someone that drives you and doesn't want to get sick in the waiting room. They call you to come on in. Very happy with this place. But my recent return was totally different. The nurse was nice but the doctor was a jerk for no reason. I was shocked!3rd time I took my grandson and it was very different, the male doctor was rude and I just felt like they didn't care. It was a terrible experience and to be that way around a child is terrible. Updated on 4/ 6/24
