This is no shade to the company as a whole but the hair stylist Megan is so beyond rude and unprofessional. My last visit in there I heard her talking poorly about one of her clients to another client. The lady in the chair never said a word and just sat there looking uncomfortable. I feel like as a grown woman you shouldn’t be talking about other grown women, especially not to other people.
