We had a limb fall on our roof after the storm that swept through Durham last August, and Artisan did an excellent job with the repairs. Amy was incredibly communicative and they turned around an estimate in about 24 hours. They were very up front about things that might cost extra based on the characteristics of our roof, so that there were no surprises. They provided a lifetime workmanship warranty, and because they have such great relationships with suppliers, our architectural shingles came with a 40-year warranty.
