I had 2 storms installed that required some modification to the door frames. The installation was done on time and looks amazing! The technician who did the install was very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful.
I highly recommend this company and look forward to using them again should the need arise.
I just recently went through a contentious divorce with an equally contentious property settlement. As part of the agreement, my ex and I agreed to sell our home and he agreed to pay to repair items around the home that had been in disrepair for some time. Since Rock Solid had installed our windows four years prior, the ex and I agreed to use them to make the repairs. TG, the estimator, came to the home twice, in order to provide an estimate that would satisfy both my ex and I. K, D, I, and E came out for the repairs and did an excellent job. This company did a great job installing my screen door. Two guys were here and were done within about 20 minutes. They cleaned up their mess behind them and were very very friendly.
