Called on a Sunday morning when my AC quit working, not expecting anyone to be available until at least Monday or Tuesday. Lou was at the house in a couple hours and had everything working in about 20 minutes. He also went out of his way to explain the issue, how he was fixing it, and what to look out for in the future.
