“I have been coming to phantastic for almost two years and I’m honestly surprised I haven’t written a review yet! I absolutely love this place and have since my first set of nails. Family owned place full of individuals who go over and beyond to make sure you get what you want. I have never walked out with a set of nails I didn’t like and if I did I felt comfortable speaking up because of the atmosphere at phantastic. I cannot recommend this place enough. I tell everyone who complements my nails where I got them done. Thank you to Thao and the whole team!“

“My husband and I visited here for the first time. We received a foot detox, massage, and pedicure. All the staff are super nice!! Everything was great. The only reason for the 4 stars is that the massage was more like a deep tissue massage, instead of relaxing.“

“NailYeah is the place. to. GO!Crystal is incredibly talented, so creative, and all around just a great person. If you have a vision, she can create it. I love the products she uses (pick up some of her nail oil!!), and the polish is great quality. NailYeah is also focused on building a community and highlighting other black owned businesses in and around Raleigh, including other nail technicians. I cannot recommend NailYeah enough.“

“Really cute spa in a quaint shopping area. The staff are all so sweet and made for a relaxing morning of being pampered. I got a full body massage (excellent), facial (skin has been really clear since & it’s been about a month!) and nails done (regular polish on toes & gel on hands — lasted me 3 weeks which is almost unheard of bc I work with my hands so much). Highly recommend & will def be back!“

Diane is the best and always checks to make sure I like my nails throughout the whole process. She and the rest of the staff are so nice and I always feel super comfortable in the salon. Finally found my to-go place!“

“This little spa is great! All I got was a basic manicure with paraffin, but you'd have thought I got the fanciest mani in the place from how detail-oriented and friendly the staff were. I'll definitely be back and would recommend this place to anyone.“
“They did a great job getting myself and two 10 year old girls in at the last minute. Unfortunately, the girls didn’t really get proper manicures (nails filed, but not cut, and painted while seated at pedicure station) due to time crunch. The girls did get cute fingernail designs though! They were really nice in trying to accommodate us, so we will make sure to make appointments in advanced before coming again.“

“I love it here! My nails are always on point. I have had Karen and Sam. Love them both! I feel welcomed and they always know I’m getting a glass of wine. I was living in Raleigh, but moved back to Dunn in December 2023. I tried 2 different salons in Dunn hoping to have one closer to home. Both places was a terrible experience. I drive to Raleigh when I need my nails done. Which is about a month and a half because they do such an awesome job!! Love you long time Secret Nail Bar!!!“
