But it’s happened to me twice already, the first time I was understanding and was aware that things happen. But for me to call to confirm a time and go out of my way to come back twice, to be told that I have to wait or come another day after the fact that I had an appointment confirmation is very much unprofessional. I have liked the work they have provided in the past being why I came back but their customer service is horrible.“
