We used Big Sky Palliative & Hospice Care for my wife who was dying of cancer. They were amazing to work with- they had the utmost respect, care and love for her and my family during that difficult time. We got their name through a family friend, and became acquainted with them before we actually needed them. When that time came, they were right there with anything and everything we needed. They checked in regularly, made sure we were all comfortable with all decisions made. I had the pleasure of working with this team and would love to share behind the scenes. Each person you’ll encounter, either in the phone or directly, truly cares. A pretty amazing bunch who’ll do everything in their power to make sure folks and their families get the best care!
Hospice of Missoula is family to my husband and I. The staff put their heart and soul into my mom’s comfort, along with ours. At age 92, my mom was determined to live to see her great-granddaughter graduate from high school (she was only 2 at the time). Yikes! Hospice almost made that happen!Mom took my family and Hospice on a wild rollercoaster ride the past five years. Mom graduated from Hospice of Missoula three times. To this day, I truly believe the hospice nurses efforts to comfort mom were a large part of her fight to live. They made sure to keep the same nurses on board in order to ease us all into transition.
