After several bad experiences with other dentists in the area, I was hesitant to go back to the dentist. A friend referred me to Big Heart and I couldn't be happier. The providers and staff are amazing. They got me in quickly and provided such great service. Never before has the visit to the dentist been so easy and painless. They explained everything they were doing at each step. You can tell by the environment this is a great place to work and that staff really cares for the patients and their needs. I will recommend them to all my friends and family.

Best restorative experience! I am an anxious patient to deal with. Dr. Hinckley and staff are very kind and make you as comfortable as possible. No tooth sensitivity after treatment is the best part for me! Thank you ?

The dentist is not my favorite place in general but this’ll be our go to for now. Office staff communicates directly and calls you to get you in sooner which I appreciate if they can. Pretty smooth and quick appointments. I appreciate just being told honestly where I’m at and help me get better if needed.
