Grateful Homes deep cleaned our home yesterday. Kassidy, Kaylee and Sarah spent about 8 hours dusting, scrubbing, polishing, vacuuming…my house has never looked so good. Amazing attention to detail, and a professional and hardworking team.
And, communication is stellar. I was interviewed before the appointment so they could assess what needed to be done. I appreciated the frequent text reminders and after appointment follow up.
I have to admit to some sticker shock—this was expensive, but I think we received good value. We couldn’t be more pleased.

Em, Tristan & their ladies did a fabulous job!! It turned out to be bigger than expected and they kept going to the end and fulfilled everything they promised. And they love our dogs so that’s a huge plus!! Will be using them going forward! ?
