My Columbus friends have asked who does the amazing job on my eyebrows. I tell them Melanie. Melanie Kelley is the best. I don’t know why my brows are flawless for 3 solid weeks but my inner circle and normal acquaintances (2) tend to notice. Mélanie does great.
