We were very pleased with the professional manner Mitch Bailey from Family Heating and Air had when helping usmake decisions on what best fit the HVAC needs in our home. . The young men Tyler B. and Dan worked for two days and hats off on a job well done.even when it took another tech Mr. Fiona Brown to come out today to fix an issue with the thermostat we were very satisfied.. Paid 100 dollars for the tech to be on the phone for hour and half with another tech with his phone camera to dianose my problem and then tell me my furnace needed rewiring and it would be 500 dollars which I cried because it's right before Christmas so I called North Bay and paid 95 dollars and they fixed it within an hour and all I had to pay was the 95 dollars diagnostic fee I just wish I hadn't wasted 100 dollars to family heating but I guess it could have been worse if I had let them fix it for 500 more do not waste your money or time with this company
