Dustin came in and quickly identified the issue and was done in no time. Once finished he explained the problem and how to use the new thermostat once it was installed. Would definitely recommend his service.
"Advanced made the HVAC work...again for, I think, the 14th time since we have been here and have had to call for a technician every year (we call twice a year-once for AC, once for Heat). No fault of Advanced, at all! It just needs replacing and FAHW just wants to keep putting a band-aid on it. Thank you Advanced for keeping us with cool air and heat.".
The technician Bobby was very polite & informative about the issue I was having with my unit. He was confident, professional & experience to resolve my issue in a timely manner. Most definitely would recommend him for future work orders if needed. I'm well pleased with my service & wouldn't hesitate to give them a call if I needed future services
