I guess I won't be using River Oaks for procedures anymore. They use this company for billing with a pay in full within 20 days invoice but I didn't receive it until after the bill was due. I highly doubt my mail carrier held this notice for a month prior to me receiving it. Also, I only see one insurance being used when I gave two different insurances.

They originally filed the claim with a former insurance provider that was not valid at the time of their service. Three times since I've given them the correct insurance provider and they say they'll file with them. So far after over 10 months of going through this process with them they have not submitted the claim to the proper insurance company. I get dunning email from their collection agency.I guess I'll need to remember to ask the people that send my imaging to them to use a different service.

The billing is terrible. I have had to call so many times because they forget to use the previous information given when I called and the insurance paid for the claim. They keep billing the wrong insurance over and over again.
