Honest and affordable service. Does quality repairs but often takes a long time to do it. Owner is very polite and maintains a professional persona but sometimes seems preoccupied with other business and is sometimes forgetful. Owner does seem to have excellent and professional knowledge of computers and repair and does excellent work.
