After having four other “companies“ come out to try and diagnose the constant heating and cooling issues I was having with my system, I decided to give Russ a call. He was able to help me out over the phone and pretty much knew what the issue was before he even showed up. Once he got there, he was able to confirm everything he had thought and found out more that was wrong. Needless to say, I ended up having to get a whole new system due to the neglect & incompetence of the original installation company. I could not be happier with how they handled everything!
Had a heat pump/AC installed. The Techs Rick & Tim did a great job. They were both pleasant to talk to and professional. They made sure everything was installed clean and straight. Once completed, they cleaned up the area and walked me through how to use the new thermostat. They answered all my questions which I had many. All in all, great install, great equipment. The new unit is super quiet, from inside the home you can’t even hear it running. Outside unit is quieter the my old one. Plus plus all around.
I was having issues with my A/C unit not cooling as it used to. I called Hoock's, and they sent Aaron (great and nice guy). He was happy to help, explained all the steps to me, and did all the troubleshooting. He found the root cause. Somehow, the coil was leaking. He offered to add refrigerant and to do a leak inspection. After reviewing the pricing with me, I told him to move forward. He was able to find the leak and correct it. My A/C is working just like new, best spend money of the summer.
