I love John at Rio so much! He does a wonderful job and takes pride in his work. He holds all of his staff to a higher standard and makes sure the customer is happy with the service that he and others at Rio provides. I recommend this company highly!
Cleanliness: The salon is very clean and has a very pleasant atmosphere.
Stylist: I have had great experiences with John and Kathy both. John is very nice and pleasant to talk with and cares about his customers!
I have been going to rio for awhile and I always love my nails. John was my nail artist today and he did AMAZING. I’ve never had nails this perfect that I loved so much. I told him they were for my prom and he made sure they were perfect and my experience is always great when going there. I most definitely recommend John if you’re looking to book an appointment or even a walk-in because he will always have your nails looking amazing.
First time coming here and got both a mani and a deluxe pedi from Kathy. She did such a great job and was extremely professional. The paraffin wax treatment on my feet was amazing! The salon was very clean with relaxing chairs and appealing lighting. Will definitely be returning!
Cleanliness: Salon was clean and smelled great. Pedicure chairs were clean and disposable liners were used.
Stylist: Kathy did a fabulous job. She was very professional and extremely talented. I was so impressed with how great of a job she did without it taking too long.
