We have 5 offices, located in St. Louis, St. Peters, Herculaneum and St. Clair, MO, as well as in Fairview Heights, IL. Cooperative Home Care, Inc. is unique in that we can accept every type of home care funding including Medicare, VA, Medicaid, health and long-term care insurances, worker's compensation, and self-pay. This means we can qualify you for every type of home care funding, before you pay out-of-pocket. We also bring peace and comfort to end-of-life care, through patient-centered hospice care.
