I just adopted a stray kitty and I’m so glad I brought her to Southwick, they were only local vet who was open to take her in super soon and they treated her with so much gentleness and care. Thank you Southwick :)
They help us on our journey of putting our Sam down. They gave him a treat right before he went and wrapped him up in a comfy blanket as he was passing. They made sure he was comfortable during it all. They even sent a handwritten card after and they put a poem inside of the card. They are truly amazing there.
Overall had a good experience with Dr Nack. All the staff was very friendly and gentle. I'm giving 4 stars only because I think communication during the exam could have been better.
