I love it here but why are there no outside sitting areas except where people are smoking or cars are running? People who wear masks indoors might have time to kill and want some fresh air. No benches around the building at all. ​

The care I received at the Center for Advanced Medicine (primarily in the brain tumor clinic) has been incredible. Every doctor, nurse, and tech has been professional and compassionate. As much as I wish I never needed a place like Center for Advanced Medicine/Siteman, I am so glad that it exists and I would recommend it to anyone making decisions about where to undergo treatment.

This place is great!! I had a tumor removed here a little bit ago and I truly can't say enough good things about the staff. The nurses are amazing, during pre op the three women I spoke with made me much more comfortable going into surgery. One specially told me something that will be sticking with me forever, "if you're gonna pray why worry, if you're gonna worry why pray." After surgery, the nurse watching over me was also amazing. Always making sure I was comfortable with warm blankets, water, the works. I came all the way from Dallas to have surgery here because a relative of mine knew my surgeon and he too did an amazing job. The scar on my head/neck is very clean and everyone who sees it is blown away. The entire Barnes Jewish staff made this scary experience much less intimidating.
