We got massages today. I have gotten much better ones here before. I told them I had some back issues on right upper side to be worked on. Didn't do anything different. Then it's over so not what I was expecting.

I got the ultimate facial; the premises are so clean and the staff is friendly. I tried out the eucalyptus steam room/shower, the IR sauna and the Arctic room, all were included with my facial. The facial tech was super knowledgeable and talked me through each step and asked about my skin concerns and was able to help give suggestions along with the products that I already use (meaning I’m not buying a whole new routine, but instead how to optimize it). Overall a great experience for a super affordable price!

My first visit was bizarre. I covered my lash extensions with cotton and explained why to my esthetician. She removed them and said it wouldn't help. Then she rubbed pumpkin face peel into my eyes for 7 minutes. So she was right. I spoke with the owner, although defensive,she invited me back for a redo. It took me 9 months to build the courage and trust to return. It was my birthday. My husband chauffeured me and purchased a candle when he checked out for me. They charged him for what was meant to be a complimentary service. We asked that the charge be redirected to the esthetician. It wasn't, it was returned to our card.
