I called Justin shortly after moving to KC based on Google reviews of course. He was on a short list based on the Google reviews but one of the only ones to answer. 2/5 answered, I believe it was. He answered and I spoke with him for maybe 20+ minutes describing my awfully difficult issue, but he understood something I said and responded; (paraphrasing here): yes, you're trying to reach the balance point of......" I had never heard that phrase but I could tell he knew what I meant and I thought this is who I want to do my system. Justin and his team take care of our house and my place of business. They are always prompt and explain all work completed. Their prices are very fair and they have saved us on many occasions.
I have used this company twice and could not recommend them more. Not only do they respond quickly, but they’re honest. Both times my issue was an easy and quick fix that I am sure someone more handy than me could have figured out own their own. They could have easily taken advantage of my ignorance, but were honest and got my heat up and running again quickly for a reasonable price. Highly recommend them! They have my business when the time comes that the fix isn’t easy and quick.
