“After several failed attempts at finding a groomer that could work with our 110 pound puppy and accommodate both his size and fear of the dryer, Therapuetic Grooming saved the day! Wrangler, our Saint Berdoodle, went to Susie overgrown and overdue for his cut and she gave him a day at the spa! No crates, harnesses or muzzles were used and she worked her magic and turned our messy boy into a handsome prince. She spent as long as it took to make him feel comfortable and did what no other groomer has been able to do, and he was happy and in great spirits when we picked him up. Prices have risen quite a bit but understandable in the recent economic circumstances. Despite that, I haven't shopped around because I feel Amanda's skill and care are great. They did a great job talking me through what care he needed, but I never felt pressured in any way. “I've been to Fox Creek a few times for my dogs. The first time I needed a second opinion. I called and was scheduled the next day. The vet listened to my concerns, we discussed a treatment plan, and my dog improved quickly. I thought they were patient, they listened and cared. Everyone in the office was friendly. Then I took my dog for a checkup and routine shots two weeks ago. I got my preferred day and time for the appt and got some great suggestions on ways to proactively help my dog's health. I'm happy with the care they've received and will continue to go back.“
