The staff at the Winghaven location are super friendly and helpful. I have seen several reviews about not being able to cancel membership so I wanted to give a good review so people aren’t afraid to sign up. When we signed up they told us how and when to cancel. We were to send a request to cancel before the end of the month in order not to be billed the following 15th of the month. This was an easy and seamless process. We sent an email to cancel. Of course, like any good business, they asked if there was any way to keep us. I normally tan at the Dougherty ferry location (love it) , but was in the ofallon area this morning so I tried the winghaven spot and it was AWESOME!... I was hesitant to go in because of my social anxiety but isabel at the counter made me feel SO WELCOME AND IMPORTANT. I also shy away from buying products but when she asked me what i was using on my face and i said my tanning lotion, she went into great detail about how I REALLY needed a facial moisturizer/tanner.. .. i already knew she was right, im 46 years old and im growing EXTREMELY self conscious about my skin.
