They are the worst company!!!

If I could give zero stars I would! I have a 5 year old who is getting ready for massive surgery and had called several healthcare facilities when I landed upon Cooperative. I spoke with Robin Gladwill (The director) who stated to contact the insurance company which i did. She stated she would speak with insurance and proceed the following week and if i didnt hear from her then all was good. Well Homestate called me (as i let them know what was happening) and i was told they were never contacted. I called cooperative to speak with Robin about it. While an all-inclusive service organization, what was promised was not delivered. Frequent calls to rectify poor care giver services and concerns - lack of attention to medications being taken and hidden, lack of consistency doing basic PT and OT exercises, not to mention being late repeatedly and leaving early without letting the family know - went unresolved by Cooperative Home Care staff for weeks. Worker was "unloading" their problems on family members and saying "we're like family so I can share this with you" when they had only been there for 4 days!
