Dr Huntress and his technician were both professional and friendly. They spent the time to be thorough and answer questions, gave me options, and explained the scans of my eyes. check in went smoothly and the waiting room is clean and comfortable.
Highly recommend! Gracious and kind staff! I am visiting family in Monett for the week & I needed my glasses adjusted badly. The girl at the front desk was so kind and made me feel welcome even though I wasn't a patient. Then Rachel called me back and she was incredible! She went above and beyond with her attention to detail and patience to make sure I left with the best fit for my glasses. So grateful I might just have to come back in town for my next pair of glasses!
