I have been in business for over 30 years, and have never once taken advantage of anyone. I have never even had a customer by the name of Teresa Dobson. Please show proof of your false accusations before you post negative reviews.

It is very sad that people enjoy bashing businesses just because they want to. My reviews should be all 5 star because there is no business that cares more about her customers than I do. Tasha Ann has never been a customer, her husband was an installer who wouldn't finish his job, so he didn't get paid, so Tasha threatened to destroy my customers home, and then filed a false police report saying I attacked her, then went on and posted negative things about my business on Lake Happenings. Teresa and David did a wonderful job! They showed up to appointments on time, completed the remodel on time and did it on budget which during this pandemic, was a real challenge. Teresa has a great eye for color and design. David was able to execute what we decided on and it looks better that what we'd envisioned. They both went above and beyond. A special thank you to David who, after the remodel was completed, he reinstalled a glass shower door on a weekend when a guest carelessly broke it. Amazing people! I've already recommended them to many others. I should say we spoke to three other contractors, two of whom showed up late or not at all for an estimate.... read full review
