After knee replacement surgery, hip replacement surgery, and two torn tendons in my shoulder after getting knocked down by a drunk at a Chief's game , I was finding my mobility poor and I was becoming way too sedentary at home. Physical therapy lasts only as long as Medicare allows, which wasn't near enough for me to get back up to speed. As I'm nearing 70 years of age, the commercial gyms with the young gym rats were intimidating. I was also concerned about doing myself harm at one of those places and their strength trainers. Awesome gym! My entire experience has been great! The staff is friendly, very knowledgeable, and cares about you achieving your goals safely. Jacob & Mariah are both amazing. I work a busy/physical job and deal with a lot of aches & pains. Since I've been working with both of them, I am pretty excited that I haven't been relying on daily pain meds and ibuprofen. For me, that's a wonderful achievement. Highly recommend! They truly are the best!

Love this fitness center! Very clean, top of the line equipment that is arranged in an organized manner. Safe with 24-hr access to meet any schedule. All services from personal training to group classes to massages. Great staff, very friendly, who are all certified and work with you to achieve your goals.
