I have never had a haircut that "made me feel like a different person" before; but I can truly say that I have now! I did a search for the best hair salon in KC and read the reviews for The Hair KCMO and made my appointment. I have not had a haircut/professional color since 2020, and I really just felt like a frumpy middle-aged lady. I stepped in the studio and immediately was greeted with kindness and made to feel welcome. Olivia was my stylist, and she listened to what I was thinking about for a cut and color, she made suggestions, and ultimately gave me the best look I have had in my entire life! Got my hair done 2 days ago and it wasn’t blended at the roots, and it was the wrong color. It wasn’t like the pictures at all. I shared my feedback with the phone number they contacted me with and they offered to fix it for free :)! Everyone is extremely sweet and they were really understanding with my issue. They got me back in as soon as possible to fix it! Chelsea and Ashe worked really carefully and answered all of my questions about my hair so it would be like how I wanted before and it’s definitely my favorite hair I’ve had in a while. The atmosphere and owner, Chelsea, are friendly and welcoming, and Ashe is a wonderful stylist. I've gone back a few times because I loved the cut and style, last time they gave me beautiful natural highlights that were exactly what I was looking for! Ashe is very kind and talented!
