I Spoke to Chance and he was very professional asked me the right questions.I hired him do some some PI work for me and I paid him upfront. But things on my end changed and I ended up not needing his services before we ever started. I asked for a refund and he quickly agreed and refunded my full payment. That in its self meant alot and i would use him in the future. Overall a good experience.

I had a difficult personal situation that I needed help dealing with. I do not live in Kansas City and so really had no where to go. I found Chief Investigations and Chance. I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism, caring, and integrity. Chance provided some trusting relief in a very difficult and emotionally charged situation.
