I came home and my whole house was flooding because of a backup, they responded quickly, were extremely professional, and explained everything in a way that even I could understand! They were in and out and the gentleman that responded cleaned up after himself every step of the way.I would definitely recommend roto rooter to anyone having any kind of plumbing emergency and I found out after that they also offer water restoration so they can come clean up any residual water and prevent damage from flooding!!
Dan was awesome! He helped us with the purchasing of a new shower/tub trim, was able to supply us with a valve (when I forgot to order one), was quick, friendly, and efficient, educated us on how to properly care for our stuff--overall, he's the best plumber we've ever dealt with! Thanks Dan!
Roto-Rooter came out promptly after my call on a Saturday. They cleared up my problem quickly and efficiently, which I much appreciated. My technician was friendly and professional as well. I will definitely use their services again!
