Saint Luke's Primary Care-Independence

I have been under the care of Dr. Bumgarner and team for about 3-4 years now, and I haven’t had one bad experience with them. Just recently I needed some paperwork completed for my employer by Dr. Bumgarner and it was urgent. I called to them to let them know how urgent it was and they called me back within 10 mins of me leaving my voicemail. They asked me to drop the paperwork off to them and they will get them filled out. Like every doctors office and how busy they are, I thought it was gonna take 2-3 days for them to let me know I can pick it up. They called me the next day that it was ready for me. I have been here 2 times so far. I see Dr Marshall Taylor and has had a great experience as a new patient. When I wanted to change a medication dosage all I had to do was message him in the app and it was handled. Happy to have found this doctor since moving to the area.

The ladies at the front desk were so kind and helpful (we had a hick up with my daughters appointments), and they were quick and kind to sort it out. The doctor they saw was kind and listened. I'm very happy with them so far.
