I would recommend them to anyone who asks. They have done the funerals for several of my friends and family and have always shown a high level of professional and courteous behavior towards everyone who walked through their doors.

My parents pre paid for everything and we have a contract, stating this funeral home can not change it. The Director demanded a large amount of money before each of their burials. He was rude and lacks empathy. After including an attorney, we were told we would get a refund but that still has not happened. I watched the Director take a grieving widow of almost 60 years of marriage, and take her last penny. My mother paid for a bronze casket and they placed her in a cheap one, to find out they could have got the one she paid for 45 minutes from them. I would not recommend this “business”. They take advantage of families in a time of grief.

Family member died in the early morning on a Sunday. When hospice called them the call was forwarded to an unrecognized number not even giving the funeral chapel name. A voice message was left but never got a return call and finally called another funeral home.
