Teams are always on time and do an EXTRA wonderful job. Friendly AND understanding of my neurotic rescue dogs. I could not live without them at my age. I love team 10 like family. They are the best ones yet! Today I noticed they got every snotty dog nose print off of every storm door and window. And STILL left treats for those messy mutts ??? Now THAT is attention to detail! Please ALWAYS send team 10 (Stephanie and Melody) to me!!❤️❣️
Overall the team did a good job. I would like the damp mop used in the family room to be used under the oak furniture in that room though. The dust mop (or dry swiffer) easily slides under all the family room furniture. I’m sitting on the divan now and can see the dust under the chairs et al.
I have only had a couple cleanings by The Cleaning Authority and although both cleans were great our second clean by Lori and Rochelle was exceptional! I wish these ladies could clean my home every time. They really did an amazing job and were very pleasant to communicate with about a couple things I needed to be noted for my future cleanings.
