“I rented a scooter for a conference. There was a miscommunication on the exact type of scooter that would accommodate my specific needs. I arrived just after closing time Friday evening. I called and left a message, expecting they would reach back during their next normal hours. Instead, I received a response within an hour or two. They replaced the scooter the following day (Saturday no less). They were extremely kind and accommodating. I’m very appreciative of the service I received and would happily recommend them to anyone needing to rent a scooter.“
